Frequently Asked Questions

What is EchoPulsePR?

EchoPulsePR is a structured PR planning and execution system designed to support music releases. It provides tools to help artists, managers, and independent labels plan campaigns, create essential PR assets, organise outreach, and manage release activity in one place. It focuses on process and clarity, not guarantees or hype.

Is EchoPulsePR a subscription?

No. EchoPulsePR is sold as a one‑time purchase. There is no monthly or annual subscription. You own the version you purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

EchoPulsePR is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are offered once access has been granted. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that your statutory right to cancel is waived once delivery has begun.

Does EchoPulsePR guarantee press coverage, streams, or results?

No. EchoPulsePR does not guarantee media coverage, playlist placements, audience growth, or career outcomes. It provides structured tools and workflows to support professional‑grade planning and execution. Outcomes remain dependent on many factors outside the platform’s control.

What does EchoPulsePR actually help me do?

EchoPulsePR helps you plan release timelines, create assets like press releases, coordinate outreach, and track coverage. It removes improvisation from the process — not responsibility from the artist or team.

Who is EchoPulsePR designed for?

EchoPulsePR is designed for independent artists, artist managers, and independent labels seeking a repeatable PR workflow. It works best for users who value structure, clarity, and professional discipline.

Who is EchoPulsePR NOT designed for?

EchoPulsePR may not be suitable if you expect guaranteed press, want done-for-you services, or prefer shortcuts to structured planning. The platform supports effort — it does not replace it.

Is EchoPulsePR a replacement for a PR agency?

No. PR agencies provide services, relationships, and human expertise. EchoPulsePR provides tools, structure, and planning infrastructure.

Can EchoPulsePR be used by labels or managers with multiple artists?

Yes. The Enhanced Structure edition is designed specifically to support multiple artists, releases, and standardised workflows.

How does pricing work?

EchoPulsePR is available as a one‑time purchase: Early access (£49.99), Artist edition (£129.99), and Enhanced structure (£179.99).

What is Early Access and why does it exist?

Early access is a pricing phase, not a beta program. The platform is production‑ready at launch. Early access pricing reflects earlier commitment, not reduced functionality.

How do updates work?

Standard and enhanced purchasers own the version they buy and may update to newer versions for £49.99. Early access purchasers receive future updates at no additional cost.

Who owns the content created in EchoPulsePR?

You do. All content created using EchoPulsePR belongs entirely to you.

Does EchoPulsePR include a PR contact database?

Not at launch. EchoPulsePR is fully functional without any contact database - users are able to curate their own contacts.

Do I need a Notion account?

Yes. EchoPulsePR is built on Notion. You will need a Notion account to use the system.

Is my data private?

EchoPulsePR operates within your Notion workspace. Data ownership and permissions remain controlled by you.

Is EchoPulsePR “AI‑generated content only”?

No. AI‑assisted tools are used to support content creation, but all outputs can be edited. EchoPulsePR supports human judgment — it does not replace it.

Is this a finished product or a work in progress?

EchoPulsePR is a finished, production‑ready system at launch. Future versions may expand features, but it is not a beta program.

Where can I get help or support?

Support details will be provided after purchase, including documentation and guidance needed to use the system effectively.

Final Note:

EchoPulsePR exists to make professional PR workflows accessible — without promising outcomes that no tool can guarantee.

If you value structure over hype, clarity over guesswork, and ownership over subscriptions, it should be a good fit.
