These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of EchoPulsePR, operated by Top Floor Music Limited, trading as EchoPulsePR.
By purchasing or using EchoPulsePR, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About EchoPulsePR
EchoPulsePR is a digital PR planning and execution system designed to support music releases. It provides structured workflows, templates, and AI‑assisted tools to help users plan campaigns, create PR assets, and organise release activity.
EchoPulsePR does not provide PR services, media placement, or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Eligibility
EchoPulsePR is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Availability & Governing Law
EchoPulsePR is available globally.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of the location of the user.
4. Delivery & Access
EchoPulsePR is delivered digitally, either via a Notion duplication link, and/or email delivery containing access instructions.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Users are responsible for maintaining a suitable Notion account and duplicating and managing the system within their own Notion workspace.
EchoPulsePR operates within the Notion platform. Use of Notion is subject to Notion’s own terms and policies. EchoPulsePR is not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Notion.
5. Pricing, Refunds & Cancellations
EchoPulsePR is sold as a one‑time purchase. Prices are shown in GBP and displayed prior to purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that your statutory right to cancel is waived once delivery has begun.
If you experience technical issues accessing the product, you may contact us for assistance.
6. Ownership & Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a non‑exclusive licence to use EchoPulsePR for your own professional purposes.
You may use EchoPulsePR within one single Notion workspace, add internal collaborators (e.g. band members, managers, label staff), and run multiple campaigns, artists, and releases within that workspace.
You may not duplicate EchoPulsePR across multiple Notion workspaces, resell, redistribute, or publicly share EchoPulsePR or any part of its structure, or share or monetise the template, workflows, or custom AI prompts.
All content created using EchoPulsePR belongs entirely to you. EchoPulsePR itself, including its structure, templates, workflows, and AI prompt configurations, remains the intellectual property of EchoPulsePR.
7. Modifications
Users may modify EchoPulsePR for their own use. Any modifications are made at the user’s own risk.
EchoPulsePR accepts no responsibility for loss of functionality, errors, or system issues resulting from user‑applied modifications.
Support is provided for the original, unmodified version only.
8. AI‑Assisted Content
EchoPulsePR includes AI‑assisted tools to support content creation and planning. AI‑generated outputs are provided as assistance only and must be reviewed and edited by the user before use.
EchoPulsePR does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability of any AI‑generated content.
9. Updates
EchoPulsePR is sold as a one‑time purchase. Early access purchasers receive future feature updates at no additional cost. Standard and enhanced purchasers own the version they buy and may update to newer versions for £49.99.
There is no obligation to update.
10. Support
Support is provided via email only and is limited to access issues and general usage guidance.
EchoPulsePR is provided as a digital product, not a managed service. No response times or service level guarantees are offered.

11. Termination & Misuse
EchoPulsePR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if these Terms are breached.
Breaches include intellectual property theft, unlawful or harmful use, and fraudulent chargeback or refund attempts while retaining access to the product.
Upon termination, you are legally required to delete all copies of EchoPulsePR and its components from your systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
EchoPulsePR is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoPulsePR accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses, business, career, income, or opportunity loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
13. Data & Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
EchoPulsePR does not access or control user data stored within the user’s Notion workspace.
14. Changes to These Terms
EchoPulsePR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website.
